As founder of Springboard Films, Joe focuses on content creation, production, and financing for the independent film industry. With more than 25 years of experience in entertainment, he brings a proven track record of building creative partnerships and delivering projects that reach global audiences. Joe has worked with The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Madonna, Paul Simon, Aerosmith, and others—where he generated more than $400 million in corporate sponsorships and promotions through landmark deals with Budweiser, American Express, Coca-Cola, Sega, McDonald’s, and more. Television credits span network and cable, including Showtime’s Rolling Stones Steel Wheels Tour Pay-Per-View, MTV’s Rock the Rock Video Game Championship, and The Billboard Music Awards.

  PETER FOLDY works on the creative side of production. Among his duties are finding suitable material and appropriate talent for our projects. In the industry since the mid-90s, Peter’s relationships in the film industry are a pivotal part of our success. To date he has directed 5 of our 12 features, most recently the thriller, “The DNA Murders ” Throughout the years he has directed films starring actors such as Paul Rudd, Beverly D’Angelo, Joe Pantoliano, Eugene Levy and Academy Award-winner Louise Fletcher.

In addition to projects for Lifetime, Peter is also hard at work on "All You Need is Luck:", the true story of the first band signed by the Beatles to their new label Apple Records.

DUKE FLEISCHER is the team’s Head of Production who oversees all aspect of set operations. Mentored by Gray Frederickson, the Academy Award-winning producer of “The Godfather,” Duke understands and can respond to any and all production issues as they arise. With years of on-set experience, he is the one who keeps our films on time and on budget. Beyond his producing duties he is also the owner of equipment rental houses as well as the founder of Fleischer Cinema Technology, a company developed to provide advanced and affordable film equipment to all budget levels of the film industry.
